Cross Creek Golf Course would like to thank you for considering our course for your Golfing Event. We offer many formats for tournaments as listed below. If you do not find what you have in mind, please give us a call and we will build a package to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All tournaments must be paid in full 10 days prior to the tournament date. The final number of players may be adjusted before the tournament due date as well. Additions to the tournament after the due date are subject to availability. If a tournament is NOT paid in full by the due date, it will be removed from the schedule unless arrangements are made with management prior to the due date. No show on tournament day or scratches after the due date will not be refunded unless that space can be filled with public play.
PACE OF PLAY
Each group in you tournament is expected to finish 9 holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes, unless public play ahead of your tournament causes a slow down. Marshals are available on the course to assist golfers in keeping up. If your tournament keeps up the pace of play throughout the tournament, your tournament leader will receive the amount listed as refundable (under the Basic Green Fees section) in the form of gift certificates to use as your group sees fit. Please consider this a reward for keeping your tournament groups moving at a proper pace of play (approximately 15 minutes per hole).
OPTIONS TO ADD TO YOUR TOURNAMENT
BBQ Area: Our covered BBW area, off the #8 tee box, has 4 tub BBQ's, seats 80, and rents for $15. $50 is refundable by mail if the area is left clean and all trash is hauled away. Four hours is given for your use.
Tee Prizes: Tees, ball markers, repair tools, golf balls and towels are available to be purchased in the pro-shop as tee prizes for your tournament. Please order prior to the tournament date. Payment may be included in the agreement or made separately.
Proximity Markers: Long drive, long putt, PK, etc. markers are available at NO charge. Just tell us what you want prior to tournament day and we will have them on the course for you. Your last group can then pick them up as they finish.
Merchandise Certificates: May be purchased prior to your tournament in the pro-shop.
Range Tokens: Our range is open at daylight and may be used to warm-up players or for practice. Token sell for $2.50 each. A small bucket contains 30 balls, medium bucket 60 balls and a large bucket 90 balls.
On Course Drinks: During peak times and on weekends, a drink cart will be on the course selling pop, beer and snacks. NO coolers of any kind are allowed on the course. OLCC law requires that ALL alcoholic beverages be purchased on the premises.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT
Our staff will complete for you a Tournament Agreement prior to putting your tournament on our schedule. Please be advised that until your tournament has a Tournament Agreement Form on file, that time and date remains "open and available". Your tournament may be cancelled by you without penalty prior to making the 10 day in advance payment.
